A. Tree Top Adventure is a high level adventurous journey through the trees that involves negotiating a series of obstacles. Participants are fitted with a harness and helmet and attached to a safety line.
A. There are some inherent risks associated with all adventurous activities; however, the Tree Top Adventure comprises the world’s most sophisticated ropes course safety system. This enables participants to progress through the trees whilst permanently attached to a safety line. Additionally, all Tree Top Adventure staff are highly trained and qualified to supervise participants.
A. Your harness will hold you and you can continue the course.
A. Outdoor clothing that is appropriate for the weather conditions and that you do not mind getting slightly dirty or damaged. Training shoes or walking boots are ideal. Jewellery should be removed.
A. After the first 8 elements, which are relatively low to the ground (up to 5 metres), there is the opportunity to exit the course. Whilst instructors are trained to assist and if necessary rescue people if they get into difficulty at any point on the course, we encourage Adventurers to keep going to the end where possible. A refund is not given for those who do not finish the course.

A. Tree Top Adventure is a great wet and dry weather activity. Tree Top Adventure takes place in all but electrical storms, very high winds and when the course is covered in severe snow and ice.
A. Most of us are scared to some extent or another. Many people are amazed and find, when they finish, that they can’t wait to have another go! Our instructors are used to helping and encouraging people around the course.
A. For the Adventurer’s Course participants should be taller than 1.3m (4ft 3in) and less than 120kg (19 stone). They should be reasonably fit.
A. Yes, provided you have completed the consent form for those under 16 and the children are more than 1.3m tall (4ft 3in) for the Adventurer’s Course. You must, however, remain on the site for the duration.
